Established in March 2004 and located in Huangcheng Town, Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province, Zibo Chunlei Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, manufacturing, and technical services of pressure vessels and refinery heating furnaces. With a registered capital of 50 million RMB, the company covers a total area of 10,000 square meters, including a 5,000-square-meter production workshop. We have an annual comprehensive production capacity of 3,000 tons and a dedicated team of 40 employees, 15 of whom are professional engineering and technical personnel.
We focus on the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of refinery heating furnaces (including tubular heating furnaces and thermal oil heating furnaces) and various pressure vessels (such as towers, heat exchangers, separators, and reactors). Our products are widely used in the petrochemical and related industries.
In September 2013, we obtained the Class D Manufacturing License for Pressure Vessels and passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification, marking a new milestone in our production capacity and product quality. We have introduced advanced equipment, including laser cutting machines, automatic submerged arc welding machines, rolling machines, and X-ray flaw detection systems. Actively promoting technological innovation, we continuously upgrade our products towards higher efficiency, energy conservation, and intelligent operation.
Our clients include domestic backbone energy enterprises in Dongying, Rizhao, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, and Gansu, as well as international companies in Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Nigeria.
